We guarantee all animals to arrive healthy and properly sexed (unless sex cannot
be determined due to age/species). You have 24 hours
to examine your reptile. All animals leave our
facility in the best health. After 24 hours, the buyer assumes full responsibility of the animal.
Animals can only be returned if we make an error so ask all questions and review
pictures before purchase. We have no
control once animals leave our facility and we cannot be responsible for
improper husbandry, inappropriate handling, etc. while they are not in our care.
If your animal arrives deceased, notify us immediately. An issue has occurred
during shipping and the proper steps must be taken.
Available animals are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Potential offspring may be reserved with a 25% non-refundable deposit. All
customers with deposits will be notified by the order in which deposits were
received. If we can not supply you with your desired animal, your deposit will
Payment is required in advance by cashier's check or
money order. Personal checks or business checks are accepted, but must clear
before shipment is sent.
Payment plans may also be arranged. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit with
balance to be paid in 90 days. If full payment is not made within 90 days, the
animal(s) will be made available to other buyers and the deposit and payments
will be lost. The animal(s) will not be shipped until full
payment is received.
Door to door shipping - We reserve the right not to ship in inclement weather.
We require that someone be available to personally receive, and sign for (upon
first delivery attempt) the animal. We send all shipments of this type with a
signature required and morning delivery, if available in your area. Guarantee
will be void if no signature is given at the time of first delivery
attempt and/or the package is left
Shipments are sent UPS, FedEx, or Airfreight. Shipping
charges run $50-$100 delivered to your door in the continental United States and
include any box/packing charges.
Shipping charges depend on weight and your shipping location. We prefer to ship on
Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Upon receipt of the animal, we require that you contact us via phone or email
of any issues within 24 hours.
